How to prepare for a distance Pranic healing session

With distance sessions, you can stay in your own space anywhere in Australia. This guide explains Tessa’s preparation instructions and the practical arrangements for your appointment with Blue Butterfly Pranic Healing.

Plan your shower timing

Tessa asks you to shower before your session and avoid showering for 12–24 hours afterward. Plan your appointment around that timing. If you cannot follow these instructions, discuss this with Tessa before booking.

Check your appointment time

The website lists appointment hours in Brisbane time (AEST). When you choose an appointment in Square, check the timezone it displays. This matters if you are in another state or your area observes daylight saving.

You can choose a 60-minute session for AU$100 or an extended 90-minute session for AU$150. Both include a phone conversation before and after your distance session.

Choose a comfortable place

Set aside a quiet space at home where you can sit comfortably or lie down without interruptions. You do not need to travel to a clinic or receive physical touch. No special equipment is required.

Keep your phone charged and nearby for Tessa’s calls. Provide a number you can be reached on when you book, and leave medical details out of the online booking form.

Before the session: a conversation with Tessa

Tessa phones you before your appointment to discuss what you would like support with and answer your questions. This is a chance to clarify the session arrangements, including shower timing, before the distance session begins.

During the session: time in your own space

You remain at home while Tessa carries out the distance practice. You can rest in the comfortable place you have prepared. Experiences vary, and there is no particular sensation you need to feel.

After the session: your follow-up call

Tessa calls again to let you know the session is complete and ask how you are feeling. You can share your experience and ask any remaining questions. Follow the preparation and after-session instructions discussed with Tessa, including avoiding a shower for 12–24 hours afterward.
