01 · PRANA
The idea of life energy
Prana is the term used in this tradition for subtle life energy. The energy body is understood within the practice as extending around and through the physical body.
UNDERSTANDING THE PRACTICE
A gentle, non-touch practice with time to rest in your own space.
PRANA · THE ENERGY BODY · CHAKRAS
Pranic healing is a complementary wellbeing practice based on the belief that a subtle life energy, called “prana”, flows through and around us. Within this tradition, practitioners work with what is described as the energy body—the aura and energy centres known as chakras.
The practice uses cleansing and energising techniques with the intention of bringing balance to the energy field. These concepts form its spiritual framework, rather than a proven medical mechanism.

02 · CLEANSING
Practitioners use cleansing techniques intended to clear stagnant or congested energy from the energy field. Cleansing is one of the central techniques described in Pranic healing.
03 · ENERGISING
Energising techniques are then used with the intention of replenishing and balancing the energy field. No physical touch is needed.
